  NPS With Code works like a Net Promoter Score question, and each score can have its own label. The respondent still picks one number, such as 0 to 10. Scores that use the same code and sit next to each other are shown together under that label.
  
  By default, the codes are Extremely Dissatisfied for 0 to 4, Somewhat Dissatisfied for 5 and 6, Somewhat Satisfied for 7 and 8, and Extremely Satisfied for 9 and 10. Do not use is added at the end, with no score. The respondent sees those labels, the numbers under them, and selects one number or Do not use.
