  This question type is used to rate more than one item on the same 0 to 10 scale. Each row is an item, and the respondent selects one number for each row. Scores that share the same label are shown together.
  
  By default, the codes are Extremely Dissatisfied for 0 to 4, Somewhat Dissatisfied for 5 and 6, Somewhat Satisfied for 7 and 8, and Extremely Satisfied for 9 and 10. Do not use is added at the end, with no score. These labels appear once, and each row is answered on that same scale.
