It is a very good app, it works offline and very easy to use.... it keeps us informed about what our customers think of us and how we can improve their experience. The response based notification system is a great plus, helps us handle customer problems in a very fast and efficient way. The Feedback reaches us in real time, can never be tampered. At my Restaurant it serves as a Complaint Book too, as the feedback reaches to the CEO and the CMD too. As we have a chain of Restaurants it becomes very easy for us to understand the problem in case of any outlet not doing well. It is very user friendly, customers enjoy filing their Feedback which they were not happy with the manual method.
We have recently begun using the ‘GoSurvey’ application to analyze our guest experience and satisfaction. The various reports generated gives critical guest satisfaction information at a glance. This data is further used as a tool for brainstorming and identifying training needs. Each department and their attributes gets scored and measured, thus surfacing the strengths and areas of focus.

We get to know the personal feedback of our respected guests who visit our restaurants. This helped us to improve our services and our food quality etc.
Sitting at one position we get to know current position of our restaurants, guests satisfaction,their personal views,their opinions and their expectations from our company. Also by this information we improve our points where we lack and we get to know where we are going off-track. Staff gets incentives on excellent feedback and its an add on in their progress too.
